Geez there are just so many.. Only 5 is near impossible :D
I will name 5 that I really enjoyed however: Worms Director's Cut (no time limits hallelujah!!), Ruff'n'Tumble (awesome platformer), Yo! Joe! (another great platformer), Benefactor (puzzle based platforming) and Slam Tilt! (still my favorite pinball tables in a computer game)
Must give a mention to SuperFrog as well :D

Keep in mind that there is a snag not mentioned on the website, it is not all just download the packs and run the .exe. Some of them make use of WinUAE to emulate the Amiga, and it still need the Kickstarter roms to work. If you do not have any of them handy, the only way to get a hold of them (legally) is to buy them via Amiga Forever. This will still not work without them (or should not..). The online games have no such issues, off course.
Other than that, yeah, it is a good collection of games. Not sure about the legalities of them (Ishtar or Bards Tale series, for example..), but a very nice collection indeed. WinUAE is also a nice emulator, not sure if I prefer it or AF.. I keep changing them every now and then.

PirateNeilsouth: But my question to you is, what was your top 5 favorite Amiga games?
I bailed out of Amiga quite soon (I just got bored by most of its games) so I missed some later greats, which I then enjoyed on PC instead. Like Another World.
Anyway, at least these (mainly older pre-1990 Amiga games) have a special place in my heart:
- Faery Tale Adventure
- Dungeon Master
- Elite (it was the first time for me for this game, on Amiga. But later I liked Elite Plus on PC even more, due to analog controls; I consider Elite Plus on PC as the best version of the original Elite game)
- Starglider 2 (this was really a magical experience for me, the space whales, OMFG..)
- Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon (the second best Cinemaware game I've played)
- Rocket Ranger (the best Cinemaware game I've played)
- Barbarian (Psygnosis) + Obliterator (wacky controls, yet I loved the games)
- The Great Giana Sisters (a very good Super Mario Bros clone on Amiga? Woohoo!)
- Garrison (this was back when I was miffed that Atari ST got an official port of Gauntlet, but Amiga didn't; but then out of nowhere came this very good Gauntlet-clone, which in some ways was even superior to the original Gauntlet. Later I've found that apparently Amiga did get official ports of Gauntlet games after all.)
Games that caused me to get bored of Amiga gaming (ie. these do not belong to the best Amiga games), and lead me to eventually get rid of my Amiga for good:
- Baal (I was expecting to like it as much as Obliterator, but no)
- Ballistix (what is this simple shit, Psygnosis/Psyclapse?)
- The Kristal (lots of pre-launch hype and it didn't live up to it, or at least I was completely bored.)
- Magic Pocket (tried too hard to be 'kewl', I was getting fed up with generic platform jumping games)
- Shadow of the Beast (style without substrance)
- Sword of Sodan (lots of pre-hype, it was supposed to be something very special, I got it at launch but it turned out to be an unplayable turd that didn't even look very good; what's with that ultra-stiff animation and sound effects that make your ears bleed?)
That's it, out of gaming. Later I played Gunboat on PC, which got me interested again into gaming (PC this time; yeah there was probably also an Amiga version, but meh..)

From what I see they aren't on IndieRetroNews, they seem to be linking to thecompany.pl (at least in some cases) who supposedly claim that what they are doing is legal but as far as I can tell it's just abandonware philosophy. I'd also be surprised if a bunch of hackers managed to get past all the legal troubles that GOG couldn't. :P
Not saying that I don't like their work, I just think that it's not a good idea to post it on the GOG forums.

Not saying that I don't like their work, I just think that it's not a good idea to post it on the GOG forums. They don't sell the games anymore, gog doesn't do Amiga games either. IRN was linked as ease of reference and from the main remake link not all of them are Amiga games.
Until thecompany gets any cease and desist orders, which I don't see happening they can release even more Amiga pc playable games for all I care :)

I'm a fan of WinUAE with a nice classic work bench or FS-UAE but for those that struggle with adf/hd installs through WinUAE this would have to do.
But as for my list
1) Deuteros
2) Dragons Breath
3) Millenium 2.2
4) Settlers
5) Abandoned Places 2

Hard to tell after that long time, the Dragonlance and Forgotten Realm have been very high on my list though
i played some of them on the c64.
Dune was another one and i also liked Elite Frotier for its flight physics (don't leave planet without a flight computer unless you can plot a course between planets ). Downloads
:) Just a Day after telling one why i think Baldur's Gate isn't Oldschool but a modern classic and that the real oldschool crpg's are the goldbox games. Makes that MUCH easier now to explain now, thanks a lot.

-Chaos Engine - just for the music, and the cool voices - players activated! also was rather well done visually
-Speedball 2 - I so wanted to win the championship, but man it got hard! Both irritating yet somehow (at least back in the day) so friggin' rewarding.
-Captive - I actually finished the game.. not sure why the main programmer couldn't ever really create another hit game. I read that he went for PC and worked a lot in making Realms of Haunting. Or was that a hit game, dunno..
-Dune 2 - that last level.. maybe someday I go back and win! :)
-Millenium 2.2 - ah, those memories!
